To receive access to the beautiful amenities Cross Creek Ranch has to offer, please fill out the form below. The team will reach out to new residents with next steps within 7 days.

In order to receive access to the amenities, residents must upload proof of residency below in the form of a government-issued ID, a utility bill, or a HUD 1 statement. All proof of residency must have the Cross Creek address and the resident's name shown.

Please review the following amenity rules and regulations:

Each lot is initially given two free access devices as follows: two key fobs, two mobile credentials, or one of each. Anything after the two initial access devices will have a cost of $20 for a key fob or $30 for mobile credential.

Replacement devices are $30 each (mobile credential or key fob).
