As Executive Director, Ashley serves as an integral part of leadership, sharing her years of industry experience, acting as an advisor to the management team, Board of Directors, and volunteer committees regarding policies and procedures, and providing a variety of cost-saving & problem-solving solutions to maximize efficiencies for the community. Ashley looks forward to sharing knowledge and providing leadership and strategic direction for the community.
Tommy Sanders
Community Manager
 
As community manager, Tommy oversees day-to-day operations, community financials and contracts. Additionally, he will focus on vendor management, conduct common area inspections, and ensure effective communication with homeowners.

Cha'Maya Williams
Community Standards Coordinator

Cha'Maya has one of the most important positions on the team as the community standards coordinator. In her role, Cha'Maya is responsible for keeping an eye on our community to ensure that everyone meets the Cross Creek Ranch standard and is abiding by the governing documents. Cha'Maya's overall goal is to ensure that we preserve, maintain, and enhance your property values.

Shelby will work with the Community Standards team helping maintain property values by promoting a safe, attractive, and harmonious living environment. She will work with homeowners ensuring that everyone's voices are heard, and the community’s needs are met while maintaining the integrity of the neighborhood. 
 
Maria Rizo
Administrative Assistant
 
As the administrative assistant for Cross Creek Ranch, Maria will often be the first face to greet you when you arrive at the welcome center or the friendly voice answering the phone when you call. Maria is here to assist with general questions about the community or surrounding areas, assist with access devices, and much more.
 
Adolfo Berrios
Facilities Manager
 
As Facilities Manager, Adolfo's focus will be on the Association-owned assets like the amenity center, pools, sports courts, trails, etc. He is responsible for conducting risk evaluations, completing minor repairs within the community and vendor management for major repairs (in partnership with the community manager), and work order management.

Something exciting is always happening with our Lifestyle Director, Caroline Bork! Caroline brings an infectious enthusiasm and energy to the 100+ events, activities, clubs, and festivals residents enjoy each year. It's a big job — and one that Caroline manages perfectly.
 
Caroline is a seasoned event professional known for using her background in marketing and event planning to create an experience residents won’t soon forget. Her passion and genuine love of organization and planning are evident in all of her events — no matter their size, nature, or location!
Michelle Tran
Assistant Lifestyle Director

 
As Assistant Lifestyle Director at Cross Creek Ranch, Michelle Tran brings organization, creativity, and a genuine passion for community engagement to the Lifestyle Team. With previous experience working in master-planned communities and a degree in Global Hospitality, Michelle supports the planning, coordination, and execution of events and programs designed to create meaningful experiences for residents of all ages. 
 
Michelle is dedicated to fostering a welcoming and connected environment where residents can build relationships, create memories, and enjoy an enhanced lifestyle experience. Through a people-first approach, her goal is to help bring the Cross Creek Ranch community together in engaging and memorable ways.
Atkham Wong

The Cross Creek Fitness Center is professionally managed by our full-time Fitness Director, Atkham. She oversees the Fitness Center's daily operations to ensure a safe and welcoming environment. Atkham leads the development and coordination of our group Fitness classes varying from Yoga classes to Zumba to Bootcamps. We offer specialized training programs tailored to community needs and offer a skilled team of certified personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals.

As Assistant Fitness Director at Cross Creek Ranch, Fatima supports the daily operations of the Fitness Centers to help create a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for residents of all fitness levels. Alongside supporting group fitness programming and personal training services, Fatima is dedicated to fostering a strong sense of community and making fitness feel approachable, empowering, and sustainable. Through movement, education, and support, the goal is to help residents build confidence, develop healthy habits, and feel stronger in their fitness journey.
