The enormous resort-style swimming pool is a great place to cool down. Let the kids have a blast at the Splash-n-Spray Park while you play it cool lounging on the shaded deck. There's even a wading pool, dedicated lap lanes, and tanning shelves with water jets. Whether you like to relax or play, Adventure Island Waterpark definitely makes a splash.

NOW OPEN!  Camp Flewellen offers indoor and outdoor spaces, with a 3,300-square-foot clubhouse and a large patio that overlooks Flewellen Creek. Outdoor features of the 4-acre complex include an event lawn, playground, firepit area, game lawn, shade structure, and ample open space for play.

 

At CCRCA, we take pride in leading the way by organizing engaging community-driven events that bring neighbors together for an enjoyable time of reconnecting. Our versatile multi-purpose event room is the perfect venue for various occasions, be it a lively party, a professional corporate event, or a memorable wedding. Now Open! Flewellen Creek Park Pickleball courts, located next to the Flewellen Creek Pool, are one of our newest amenities in Cross Creek Ranch.

 

Reservations for the Flewellen Creek Pickleball courts are not required as we are implementing an Open Play system.

 

• Walkups are permitted; If 4-players are on the desired court for play, stack your paddle at the end of the court to signify your turn.
• After 4-players play, the next 4 players that are in line play one game, and the process continues.
• The spirit of open play is that everyone gets to play with different players in a recreational and fun setting.  

Morning laps are much more fun at Flewellen Creek Pool. Our second pool complex offers a generously sized pool with dedicated lap lanes and comfortable loungers for tanning time!

 

 

This facility is not rented out for pool parties.

Located within walking distance of our Whimbrel Lake and Highlands neighborhoods, Greenthread Park is everything a pool complex should be. Dive into the resort-style pool or glide down one of the water slides. Sunbathing shelves are available to those seeking to commune with the sun. There's also a playground, pavilion, sand volleyball, event lawn, and trails.

 

The park also has a playground, party pavilion, event lawn, and trails. It is within walking distance of the Whimbrel Lake, Highlands, Egret Lake, Wild Rye, and Bluestem neighborhoods. Please note: the CCRCA courts may only be reserved for their designated use, and current/future reservations are subject to cancellation in the event they violate this policy. Residents may not reserve a court on behalf of a team unless the team has a signed Sports Field Agreement and has been given prior approval by CCRCA.

But wait, there's more. We've installed the first pendulum swing in CCRCA. The Cocowave Pendulum Swing allows for swinging from a seated, lying, or standing position. Children of all ages and physical abilities can swing. It also encourages kids to problem-solve and socialize since it takes teamwork to make it move. Once the kids have tried that out, they can take a stab at climbing the Explorer Dome. Riffing on the traditional jungle gym, this play structure includes meandering nets, ropes, and wobbly play items. Kids can climb, crawl, balance, and meet their friends at the top.
 
In addition, the lights and everything else at the park run off of solar panels (a nod toward the community's efforts toward sustainability), and we're planning to paint a mural on the wallball court facing the four-way intersection of Fulshear Bend Drive and Cross Creek Bend Lane.

Cross Creek Ranch boasts a boardwalk and nature overlook where residents can observe wetland plants, identify birds and wildlife, hone their photography skills, and access nature trails. The boardwalk and viewing platforms provide an overlook of the community's Polishing Pond, a 50-acre natural habitat and lush oasis that has become a permanent home for fish and turtles, as well as a migratory stop for countless birds and wildlife. 

 

Roughly the size of 48 football fields, the Cross Creek Ranch Polishing Pond also functions as an engineered water quality basin where water is filtered for reuse throughout the development for irrigation. Spread throughout the community, you will find a ton of open fields to enjoy playing outdoor sports, such as football, baseball, soccer, and more!  

 

Residents can reserve sports fields up to 7 days in advance; however, you may only reserve them for their designated use (soccer fields for soccer, baseball fields for baseball, lacrosse fields for lacrosse, etc.). If you are categorized as a 'Sports Captain' by having a Sports Field Usage Agreement, you can reserve up to 3 months in advance.

A great addition to Pine Park, just across the street! This park has a pavilion with a table and open space to spend the day with your family!

The Landing amenity complex features a clubhouse, Fitness Center, resort-style pool, splash pad with an aquatic playground, tennis courts, several play structures, and open space. Within walking distance of many homes in the Creek Rush neighborhood.

The Waterhole Amenity Center in Cross Creek West is home to a clubhouse with a Fitness Center and Event Room and several outdoor features. The resort-style pool has a freeform area, a lap pool, and a play area in shallow waters. There is also a large playground with a shade structure, courts for tennis and pickleball, and an event lawn.
