If you've lost access to the Conekt app due to getting a new phone, you'll need to obtain a new mobile credential, as Conekt credentials are securely linked to a single device and cannot be transferred. There is also a $30 charge associated with getting a new code.
Steps to Regain Access:
Contact Your Community Manager or HOA:
Reach out to the Cross Creek Ranch Community Association to request a new Conekt mobile credential.
Download the Conekt App:
Install the Conekt Wallet App from the App Store or Google Play on your new device.
Enroll Your New Device:
Open the app and follow the enrollment process, which includes entering your phone number or email and verifying it with a 6-digit token sent to you.
Activate Your New Credential:
Once you receive your new credential (typically via email), open the Conekt app, tap the "+" button, and enter the code to activate it.
Important Notes:
If your previous phone was lost or stolen, inform your HOA immediately so they can deactivate the old credential to maintain security.
Keep your new credential information secure, as it cannot be reissued or transferred to another device.
