Pay By Auto Draft
Have your monthly payment deducted automatically. Enroll online or contact Customer Service at 1-888-468-7007.
- Auto Credit/Debit card transactions pay a 2.5% processing fee.
- There are no processing fees for Direct Auto Drafts to your checking or savings account.
Customers enrolled in automatic payment processing will receive monthly statements. Automatic payments are drafted 1-2 business days prior to the due date.
All returned payments are subject to a $35.00 fee
Alternative Payment Plans
If you think you cannot make your payment by the due date, you may be eligible for an extended payment plan. To make alternative payment arrangements, please call SiEnergy's customer care center at (888) 468-7007 to review your account balance and payment options.
Pay-in-Person Locations
SiEnergy has engaged with CheckFreePay to expand the pay-in-person payment locations that are available to you. You can now pay your current bill at over 100 locations in your area. These include select Walmart, HEB, and Kroger locations, as well as numerous independent check-cashing facilities and other merchants.
Please note that these locations accept CASH only. Walmart will accept their PIN-based debit card.
