We combined the serenity of yoga with the playful and therapeutic presence of adorable puppies!
Residents joined us at Camp Flewellen (4623 Morgans Spur Dr, Fulshear, TX 77441) with their mats as our friendly puppies roamed freely, adding an element of joy and spontaneity to their practice.
Each yoga session included a 45-minute guided practice led by a certified yoga instructor, suitable for all fitness levels, encouraging mindfulness and balance. Afterward, residents enjoyed 15 minutes of cuddles and photo time to capture selfies and poses with their furry friends.
Whether seasoned yogis or beginners, participants experienced a fun and uplifting event that nourished both body and spirit—a delightful blend of wellness and playful companionship. Smiles and serenity truly went paw in hand!
This event was open to residents ages 10 and older. Spots were limited, and registration was required to secure a place.
